What we process
When you order, create an account or use the contact form we process name, address, email, order and payment data, plus the technical logs the shop needs to run.
Purpose
We use the data to fulfil the contract, support you, and — only if you opt in — send the newsletter. Legal bases are GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f), and your consent (a) for marketing.
Recipients and retention
Payment, hosting and shipping partners receive only what they need for their job. Order records stay for the statutory bookkeeping period. Newsletter addresses are removed after you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may access, correct, erase, restrict, port or object to processing. You can complain to the competent authority. Write to us via the contact page.
